hhmmm... converting VM into a Physical Server would be a very tricky task. why? you need to load all the drivers to the vm before you start the migration. Same with VMware, though Virtualization Softwares have their own tools to do such tasks. <br />

if you are planning to migrate your VM into an HP Server hardware, HP is having a their own tool for this. &quot;Virtual to Proliant&quot; migration tool is what they have.<br />

I concur with the precedent post, you're going to get yourself in a non wishable situation.<br />
That said, if the server already runs in virtualized environment,why would you move it back to a pysical server ? The big tendance this day is to move away from physical server.... <br />

Hyper V to Physical Server Conversion
