server is crashing, how do I view this dump
my server has been crashing for the past couple weeks. I am not sure why but I have some dmp files. How do I view them.
when I look at bugcheck I get this.
*** ERROR: Module load completed but symbols could not be loaded for vsp.sys
*** ERROR: Module load completed but symbols could not be loaded for stcvsm.sys
*** ERROR: Module load completed but symbols could not be loaded for klif.sys
PEB is paged out (Peb.Ldr = 7ffd800c). Type ".hh dbgerr001" for details

Probably caused by : volsnap.sys ( volsnap!VolSnapDeviceContr ol+3b4 )
The above is from memory.dmp
When it booted back up it says that it dumped files here but I cannot find them.
C:\DOCUME~1\ADMINI~1\LOCAL S~1\Temp\1 \WERf721.d ir00\Mini0 51009-01.d mp
C:\DOCUME~1\ADMINI~1\LOCAL S~1\Temp\1 \WERf721.d ir00\sysda ta.xml
Any Ideas?

ASKER
I am not able to find the right symbols. I am running 32 bit server 2003
ASKER
so am I getting the correct dmp report or do I need to load different symbols?
I think you got the correct dmp report, the problem is that it doesn't always tell you what to do with it other than searching or contacting microsoft.
ASKER
then why does it say
