Add graphic to iPhone signature?

My boss just bought an iPhone and he wants me to add a graphic image to his signature. I have figured out how to email graphics with the phone but don't see how one can be inserted into the signature - any ideas? Is there something in the appstore for this?

i dont think you can do it without jailbreaking the iphone.
