Cannot email to rogers.com mailbox account
I got the following bounce back msg when I tried to deliver an email from Windows 2003 smtp server to catmondo101@rogers.com but when I used SMTPDIAG and http://www.email-unlimited.com/tools/verify-email.aspx to verify this email address. They both have positive result.

How come when I use SMTPDIAG, the test can go through? I am attaching my smtpdiag result for reference.

Nothing you can do. If you control the email address at the ISP then contact the ISP support, although they will probably do very little.
