Resume Question

What's the rule when listing skills you have learned in the past, but haven't used in awhile.  For example, in school I learned Java, C++, Assembler, COBOL, etc. In the last 2 years though I've been just doing SQL and working with ORACLE 10g.

Is it still OK to list skills you have learned in the past, but haven't used for awhile and will be a bit rusty at?

Thanks for all your input. It's always been something that bothered me, because I don't ever want to come across that I embellished my resume.

The hard thing I suppose is I really enjoyed all the languages I learned in school and there isn't just one I want to do forever.  When I got out of school I barely new SQL, but now it's second nature.  Now I want to move onto something else, what that is I'm not really sure. I'm open to a lot of things and that's what made making my resume tough, because I'm open to doing a lot of things, I'm just rusty on some.

Thanks again.
