Thank you. I ran the clean printhead twice and although still a bit streaky, something must have loosened up. I've printed a couple of items and it seems to be improving. The only issue -- though now unimportant -- I'm not certain what button you're talking about on the front of the printer.

&nbsp;the buttons I was talking about are what is outlined in the 1st link I provided.<br />
the first step is performing a cleaning by using the buttons on the front of the printer the second step is performing the cleanings by using the print driver. Either way will do the same thing so as long as you got it to o a cleaning for you than all is well<br />

My printer won't print black, yet the estimated ink levels chart shows it's full. I've run the diagnistics page, but it won't print black eiher. I installed a new black cartridge a month ago, used it several times, althrough haven't used it much since.

Inkjet printer won't print black with full black cartridge
