How to disable maximum password age. Active Directory, Windows Server 2008

Under local security policy the options are greyed out and I can't find the Domain Controler Security Policy under administrative tools. How can I disable the maximum password age ppolicy?

You need to use Group Policy.  You can find it in the same place as complexity requirements here in this thread.
