I get this error  "Could not find message window" while trying to insert an attachment. However, I'm able to drag and drop the attachment in the body and it will attach itself w/o any issues. Running Outlook in safemode works fine w/the attachment. I've tried disabling all add-in's to avail. I wasn't able to find a solution on the "Find Answers" so I come to you for help. Thx in advance!

If you just installed or upgraded to Office 2007, try opening Microsoft Word first, answering any startup prompts then closing Word.  Then try inserting an attachment to the message.

Thx for the reply ckontz! But there isn't any prompts while I open up MS Word. I've upgraded to '07 in April. I still get the same error msg after opening up Word. What could it be?

I figured out my own question! In case anyone runs into the same issue just uninstall "Zipmail."
