CD/DVD drive not autorunning any programs

Recently, a customers drive isn't auto-running any program cd that gets put in. I put in several cd/dvds that I know should auto startup with a prompt but nothing works. I swapped it with a brand new drive with new cables, still nothing. I also deleted the upper and lower filters in the registry just in case - nothing.

You're welcome - it's a useful but little-known utility from Microsoft.

Thanks for the points and grade.
