I try to download from MSDN.  After the download window run, the process will change from "active" to "interrupted".
The error log is "[file_name].iso.  An unexpected error occurred - code = 12157"
I try in three machines.  two are Vista with IE7. One is XP prf with IE6.
I cannot find any help through the web.  May be you do.
Any idea?
Thanks!

Go in to the add-ins for IE and disable one at a time till you no longer have the problem. Once pinpointed,
check the M$ site for issues with that add-in.

Good Luck!
