You should put the physical CD (Xenserver Linux CD) in the cdrom-drive.
Then you should go to the console (or ssh the server with putty, or another ssh client).

Type the commands from the code snippet, and you should be up and running with the Linux Pack.

/Kent
cd /

mount /dev/cdrom /mnt

./install.sh

(follow the instructions on the screen to install the Linux pack)

umount /mnt

umount /mnt

I have done that earlier with success, but
I have not tried exactly with that version, your are mentioning.

What I have experienced a couple of times is bad cd's.

You could try to burn a new one, and then try again.

The Linux Pack Cd is the same version as your server version, isn't it?

It should be.

If it still doesn't work, please tell.

Then we should dig deeper into it.
