Layout New email outlook 2003

We have a windows 2003 environnement with 3 application servers.
We got the question of a customer to prevent users from changing their font - settings in outlook 2003 on the terminal server.
Is it possible to configure a default font, which can't be changed by the users so that they have to type new email in our settings?
Is there also a way to make this automatically for every user?
Thanks!

You may be able to control these settings using GPO

Thanks for the reply but implementing ADM - files isn't a sollution. They don't give me the oppurtinity to do what I want to do.
I want to prevent users from changing their default font, fontcolor, fontsize,... The only thing that they may do, is to typ some text :-)
We also have 4 signatures/user so switching between these signatures (only way is to set word as editor) has to work as well.
