You need to have an autodiscover record in your public DNS pointing to your public ip.
Create a test user and run the test in Microsoft test site. Run Outlook Anywhere with Autodiscover test.

It will tell you things a bit more detail.

I have already a autodiscover record in public dns.

and also i have tested several times by testexchangeconnectivity. always giving for of them failed.also please my webservice test in first post.

More over when i test from https://www.testexchangeconnectivity.com/ today

all the four test were failed.  the second test shows as like below

Attempting to Retrieve XML AutoDiscover Response from url https://autodiscover.abc.com/AutoDiscover/AutoDiscover.xml for user test@abc.com
Failed to obtain AutoDiscover XML response.
Tell me more about this issue and how to resolve it

 Additional Details
An HTTP 403 was received because ISA denied the specified URL
In your PUBLIC dns, you need to have A reord for autodiscover pointing to your public ip. So, login to your hosting control panel and create an A record.
