Environment - Entourage 2008 to Exchange 2007
User account appears to be configured properly, all public folders and GAL are accessible.
However the only exchange mail folder that appears under the user account is the "junk e-mail" folder. The inbox, calendar etc are missing.
To rule out folder security issues I tried adding my domain admin account, which still got the same result above.
Anyone have any ideas why the "junk e-mail" folder is the only one available and how I would get the remaining folders to synch properly?

Actually its not, Entourage 2008 uses WebDAV (well it does at last check, though I know they are looking at putting a MAPI connector in).

Anyway, GAL and PF's are done via a different part of the account configuration, and can work without actual email working.

In Entourage, do you have the "Exchange" mail server at the top? Is it connected?

What are your connection settings within Entourage?

Yes the "exchange" mail server is at the top and is connected. Again the only folder under the "exchange" account that shows and synchronizes is the "Junk E-mail" folder.

The settings are fairly straight forward and I am assuming are correct other wise a connection would not be made and no folders would show or shynchonize, correct?

Still, can you list the settings you have? If they are not right, bizzare things can happen.

Feel free to change servernames etc.

Server Info
Exchange Server: mail.domain.com/exchange/user@domain.com
This DAV service requires a secure connection (SSL)

ADVANCED
Public Folders Server: mail.domain.com/public/user@domain.com
This DAV service requires a secure connection (SSL)

Directory Settings
LDAP Server: servername

It took alot of  trial and error to get the above settings to work. I have tried many other combinations and variations..

Is it the URL you connect to OWA from this machine for?

I am running into this issue now on Exchange 2007, Outlook Anywhere deployment on WIndows 2008 SBS.

Clients were running Entourage 2008 connecting fine to the server and then today all of the Entourage clients just failed and only show junk folders.  No errors in the app or system log on the server.  Trying to get a hold of a mac for myself to work on the issue.

Any ideas?

This is still actually an open issue.
But think its an issue with our SAN certificate. So we are in the process of getting it re-issued.

Applied most resent update released 8/13/09 and everything works properly.
