Office 2008 for Mac

Environment - Entourage 2008 to Exchange 2007
User account appears to be configured properly, all public folders and GAL are accessible.
However the only exchange mail folder that appears under the user account is the "junk e-mail" folder. The inbox, calendar etc are missing.
To rule out folder security issues I tried adding my domain admin account, which still got the same result above.
Anyone have any ideas why the "junk e-mail" folder is the only one available and how I would get the remaining folders to synch properly?
