Hi Experts.  I have a Windows 2003 AD environment with 200+ users on Windows XP Pro.  All clients use Windows 2003 Outlook and as any environment, most users have a signature saved for their email messages.  For one particular user, their signature doesn't save everyday.  The helpdesk blew away the user's profile, repaired Outlook, tried having the user log onto a different pc but the error continues.  Where else could this problem reside?  Thanks for the help.

Signatures are saved in the user profile. So, give a new profile, let user create the signature and log off. See whether user gets the same setting when logging back. Are you using roamng profiles?

Thanks for the suggestion.  No, there are no roaming profiles used.  Let me have him try to log on somewhere else again and what comes of it.

Create a roaming profile for this user. Delete the local profile on the client by logging in as admin. Let the user logon, create signature and log off. Login again and see.
