Dialog Box Message 'Cannot find inserted object' when trying to open a Task in MS Project

When clicking on the expand box for a Task, a dialog box opens with 'Cannot find inserted project'.

I don't think it is a problem of microsoft project, better re-start the machine and check again.

looking at it further, we think it is an access issue on the server...  thanks for responding.
