Error 500 in an application migration over Windows server 2008

Hi everybody, I'm currently making a migration for an entreprise and I have a technical problem. First, the old server was a Windows server 2000 with SQL 2000 and we need to go over a Windows server 2008 64bits with MS SQL 2008. The installation and configuration was correct for the new server. My problem is when we try to reach some .asp pages.

When I browse to an .htm/.html page, the page display perfectly;
When I browse to an easy .asp page, the page display perfectly; (easy I mean only show the date)
When I browse to a real .asp page, I received an error 500...

Does somebody have an idea. Here is a code page who didn't display. Thx for your help.
Here is a log of IIS:

Finally, I solved my problem. The answer is, I activate the 32bit mode in IIS over my new site and in the ASP, I set Enable Parent path = "TRUE" and the problem solved :). Good luck all if you have the same problem.

I suggest reading thru the following article: http://forums.iis.net/t/1155726.aspx

I also suggest setting up an ASP error trap on the site throwing the 500 error (which is a server-side error).  See: http://weblogs.asp.net/steveschofield/archive/2008/12/19/custom-errors-error-pages-500-100-asp-classic-asp-and-iis-7-0.aspx

Hope this helps.

Is it possible my problem come from the aspSmartUpload.dll. I'm unable to register it with regsvr32 and I install all the dependancy...

thx for your help :)

Of course, but I can't definitely answer that question without knowing what the 500 error is.  I would need to see what line is throwing the error and what the code look like around that line.

Do you have an inventory of all the third party ActiveX objects that this website requires?
