Qmail Scanner 2.06st patched on a qmailrocks installation

Hello all, i'm really in trouble.
I've a working qmailrocks with everything installed, spamassassin 3.2.3, qmail-scanner 1.25st on a fedora core 5.

Now i've decided to put new qmail-scanner 2.06st
Installed, and qmail-scanner works, as qmail-queue.log tell me. It identify spam perfectly.

Here is the problem :
In the older installation i invoke scanner with :

QMAILQUEUE="/var/qmail/bin/qmail-scanner-queue.pl" ; export QMAILQUEUE

into/var/qmail/supervise/qmail-smtpd/run

In this way NOTHING emails don't arrive and if i try to send server respond me

unable to qq (# 4.3.0)

I've seen docs on qmail-scanner 2.06st and i've try to comment QMAILQUEUE into/var/qmail/supervise/qmail-smtpd/run and to invoke qmail-scanner with :

/etc/tcpserver/smtp.rules

127.:allow,RELAYCLIENT="",RBLSMTPD="",QMAILQUEUE="/var/qmail/bin/qmail-queue"
# Use Qmail-Scanner with SpamAssassin on any mail from the rest of the world
:allow,QMAILQUEUE="/var/qmail/bin/qmail-scanner-queue.pl"

now i recreate db with tcprules /etc/tcp.smtp.cdb /etc/tcp.smtp.tmp < /etc/tcp.smtp

In this way email was APPARENTELY sent but really not delivered. And no mail arrive from world.

Now it's more that 24 hours that i try to solve it, please help me !
I've more than 100 domains with all customer crazy
Thanks

Dario
