i have the following scenario i've faced some trojans isuues then i've restored a ghost image for my citrix server but the problem now is the citrix server showing me that its joined to the domain but i cant log in to my citrix server from internet explorer and giving " no domain controller availeble " and when i want to log in with a domain User to My server its showing an error showing that there is no domain controller even when i want to repair the NIC its giving the followin error " the following steps of the repair operation failed :
Flushing the ARP cache.
Please Contact your system administrator or ISP."
so what is the solution for that

Check your DNS...make sure you can resolve the domain name and your NS records.

the dns is ok and it can resolve the domain name

Well, you could always try unjoining and rejoining the domain.

ok put i cannot do that cause of the certification authority service is installed on the server
