Hi I get this error once I uninstalled the web service and reran the msi. Could someone tell me what else I need to check and BTW what do they mean by chk the status of the virtual Directory in IIS (I actually deleted this dir manually)

The path http://servername:8080/MyWebServices doesnt exist. Either IIS is not running or the path exists and is redirected to another machines. Check the status of this Virtual directory in IIS.

first thing you need to check wheather your virtual directory exist or not .... for that you need to following stpes

1. Run -> type inetmgr
2. Exapnd websites folder and find MyWebServices folder... if its exist
click that folder and check the path ( physical) where your dll or code of MyWebServices is exist

if its not exist, create virtual dir and set the path .. that's it
