Creating a distribution in Outlook 2007 list via search
The goal is to have a distribution list for every company. For example: jon@abc.com, steve@abc.com, and jeff@abc.com would be in a dist. list called ABC Distribution list.
But when I try to use the multiple field function on the dist list screen to find all these people, nothing turns up. Does this feature work? Doesn't seem to. The only search that seems to work is a search by name, not by company. Thanks.

Are these in your own contact list or in a Global Adsress list?
