Printer Spooler Subsystem crashes when Sharing printer through USB port
Every time I am sharing the printer two or three day after the system crash or spooler sysbsystem crash
windows explorer stop working cannot open any thing from this computer
the printer is connected through usb port. when it is not sharing it is fine when ever we start sharing it this problem happen. not only on one computer but different.
if we remove the sharing everthing start working properly.
we have upgrading the driver from hp, we have test pcl 5 and 6 and unfortunately still this is happening.
this problem start happening only this year. while we have been using this kind of sharing since three year and everything was fine

printer all HP 2015 laserjet Laser 1020 or any printer shared through usb port
Windows XP service pack 2 or 3
You might be having a problem with the USB cable. Have you tried replacing it?

I have been trying to replace different kind of cable and it's the seems things, howerver I noticed that there is a patch that is doing this. I might be wrong but this is the only plausible cause of this as last year this was not happening at all
