Dead mail in on lotus notes
We have been receiving a high volume of spam lately in lotus notes which is logging up the inoc.box/mail.box and stopping good mail from being delivered or delaying it. We are having to delete this dead mail manually in order to improve mail performance on a daily basis but we are wondering what other solutions you might suggest in order to stop this from happening.
Is there any way to script the removal of dead mail from inoc.box/mail.box to stop our mail router from grinding to a halt?
FYI: We use ETrust antivirus which uses inoc.box in place on mail.box to filter mail for anti-virus messages before passing them on to mail.box so it works in pretty much the same way.
