I would like some sort of script or something so that i can offer users or they can invite me to help them using remote assistance.  Preferably something on their desktop that they can just double click and requires the least amount of user input.  How can i do this?  I need to support a user from my house to theirs which is about 3 hours drive away.

Hi brad2000smith,

The simplest, cheapest way would be to use a free logmein account. Http://logmein.com

From their the user installs a client you then login to the website and it lets you connect to the users machine.

If you need more info or help setting it up write back and il see how can set it up.

Cheers
