Please advice on how we open ports in checkpoint using Graphic user interface?

Hi,

You create a security rule in the SmartDashboard and specify the source, destination and service (=port e.g. http = port 80) and then "allow".

You would probably also benefit from reading the admin guide which i have attached here,
