From everything I have seen you will not be able to use OpenID with Reporting Services out of the box.  You can set up custom authentication in Reporting Services, http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/ms152899.aspx, and set up your own authentication against the OpenID protocol, http://openid.net/developers/ .
As to MS and OpenID support, Microsoft has only signed on to a testing environment in Windows Live to work with the OpenID protocol.  see this about Microsoft and OpenID connection with Windows Live accounts: http://dev.live.com/blogs/devlive/archive/2008/10/27/421.aspx
