I need to create 10 global distribution lists.  I don't want these lists to be viewed by all employees, is there a way to limit access to global distribution lists in exchange?

Is it possible to create global distribution lists with exchange that only certain employees would have access to?

Exchange is the server side of a collaborative application product that is part of the Microsoft Server infrastructure. Exchange's major features include email, calendaring, contacts and tasks, support for mobile and web-based access to information, and support for data storage.
