Our Exchange server is giving an immediate "message delayed" error after a user sends an email.  The email is delivered immediately to the recipient as well.  However the time stamp on the "Delay" notice is always 12:00 AM.  Example:

Is the timezone correct. Not just the time, but the zone.

Never found a solution.  Work around was to use a smart host through another SMTP server in the org.
