Which copy of JAR file to add to EE Module Dependcies in Eclipse

The project has to have a JAR file in build path and also in EE module Dependencies. The JAR file is j1.jar  made out of project "j1". The project using it is named "hemp"

Please see the snapshot and comment on why the correct results are obtained if I include the first entry out of all the entries and not if I include only the last entry.

It appears although JAR file is same in so far as code is concerned, there is difference between how my project treats them, Classpath maybe?

Thanks

I have been using the jar file that appears  without any detailed folder path in the above window and the projects are working fine. Still, any comments will be highly appreciated.
