Disable color printing for some users

I have a Xerox 7665 workcentre. What I want to do is disable color printing for almost all user except for 2 or 3 users. I'm using Windows 2003 server and I've checked the properties as well as the copier setting, but when I change it to only black and white it doesn't replicate to the users. However I also need 3 people to use the copier with color. It's the only copier we have in this buliding. Thanks

I'm not sure if this option is availalble for your copier, but if it is, then it's easier to do it this way.

You need a black only driver and the color driver.  Configure the color driver for those people that you want to be able to print in color and the black driver for the rest of the users.

This is what I do with some HP printers I got.  This eliminates the hassle of people with limited computer knowledge changing the printer back to color if they need to.  It also helps you save on toner, if you give color options to everyone you'll be out of toner really fast.

I've looked at the drivers but there's only one Xerox Global Print Driver that's the one I currently have. I've also tried to reinstall the print driver to see if there's any options for black and white and I see none.
