Missing Sent Items

I have a laptop user who was offsite for 2 days. During that time she received all her email and people received hers. In OWA - the sent items are there for that period. Her sent items in Outlook are not. I tried deleting her ost and rebuilding - no luck.
Anyone run into this?
Thanks

Make sure you've sorted your sent items by date. The items may be there just not in the order you're expecting.

Hi,
Please check for the following:
  • Outlook Folder View
  • Sorting
  • Recreate Outlook Profile
Thanks

The prelim stuff I did before posting.
Yesterday - I took a box and deleted the existing (other user) profile and created hers on it. Mailbox loaded - same issue - 2 missing days. They are both clearly there however in OWA.
Note: On further examination - it appears that quite consistently whenever she is out of office this happens. She never noticed it before because she usuall only has it out of office on weekends (couple of emails max).

Solution - after quizzing the user a bit more - she fessed up that she remembers playing around with the fields in her folders. Checked her Sent Items - - Sent field had been replaced by Received.
Embarrassing but true.
