Services disabled

Have a clients pc Dell 8400 1gb ram 500gb harddrive P4 3ghz. All services are disabled in windows. Ran malware bytes and found 4 infections 2 disabled security and 2 trojan. Dont want to reinstall os can anyone help? Systrem restore is disabled as well as firewall.

hi try to boot up on safe mode and install super anti spyware and scan it then do a restart and check again.

Can you just clarify what services.msc are not running?  Are you able to start them?  If no services where running at all at start up that would lead to a very interesting windows experience !

Actually guys I got it! Removed drive and scanned externallhy with Malwarebytes and Avira the reintoduced to system scanned again finding more infections and cleaned, then did repair install and all is well!
