What apps are auto-updating on SBS 2008?

I am trying to set up my standard SBS 2008 server so that all auto updates are occurring very early morning. This is done by going to Windows updates and schedule the updates time (2am). However there are still something that auto updates throughout the day, approx 120MB-180MB/hour (from looking at my ADSL router traffic stats). I turned off windows update altogether but this does not stop these updates. This is a standard SBS with nothing else on it, no PC running on the network at the same time that the mysterious updates are happening. Does anyone know? Thanks in advance.

Hello OziTim,

SBS 2008 works with WSUS, that one is downloading the updates.
start > program files > admin tools > windows update services.
