cannot able to unjunk the junk mails from my Balckberry bold 9000

Dear Sir ,
               we have exchange server 2003 and BES in our office and have around 10 users . and we have sonicwall email security installed for junk mails , which sends junkemails summry list  once a week to users inbox .
inj all our BB devices we can unjunk the the mails but in one device i am facing the problem to unjunk the emails as it gives errors when i press unjunk option to release the mail through my blackberry bold .
sometimes it give an error of " connection timed out " and sometimes it gives error of " cannot able to connect to internet ".
please advice .

It could be the problem with BB, please try to re-resgiter or better to go for Hard-rest it.
While Hard-resetting you will lose your data such as local contacts, but all E-mails will be there in the Box.
