How to install GD Library 2.0 on Windows Server 2003

Hello, I'm trying to find some information on installing GD Library 2.0 on a windows 2003 server, what I'm trying to find is the best place to install it from, where to unzip it to and what to do afterwards to allow it to work?

Please Please help me, as I'm pulling my hair out....
