Hello Experts,
I have a question about the Calendar in Outlook.
I would like to setup a User signup for a Lab here on my company. using the Outlook Calendar.
I need to add this Lab as a Resource so that the Engineers can go on Outlook Calendar and
sign up their time request. Also, I need to have Administrator type rights over this signup schedule so that I can prioritize the time.

How do I add a Lab as a Resource in Outlook Calendar for Outlook in Exchange 2003 and Exchange 2007
Thanks.

Unless they need to add it to meetings and invite it as a resource, personally I would use a public folder instead. You can then set the required permissions in the public folder.

I agree that this is probably a job for a public calendar as opposed to a resource unless you are worried about overbooking and the like.
