Exchange 2007 ActiveSync not working

We have an Exchange 2007 server set up in house that has worked for some time without a problem. Recently one of our users has been unable to receive email on their Windows mobile device, and errors started popping up in the error log. I have attached the error, can I get some assistance in resolving this problem?

An exception occurred and was handled by Exchange ActiveSync. This may have been caused by an outdated or corrupted Exchange ActiveSync device partnership. This can occur if a user tries to modify the same item from multiple computers. If this is the case, Exchange ActiveSync will re-create the partnership with the device. Items will be updated at the next synchronization.

If it is only one user, then get the user to remove the partnership through OWA and then reset the device and set it up again.

Hi,
      My experience with Activesync is that it get really get messy. Sometimes it causes problems to the partnership. Thy receiving the emails when the Mobile is docked to a PC.
Alternatively try to pull his emails from another Windows Mobile to see if the problem lies with the server or the client.

I solved this by removing and recreating the virtual directories related to ActiveSync.
