SBS2003 Update KB961143 Failed

My Windows Small Business Server 2003 has failed to complete update KB961143 numerous times.  The update is part of Windows Update.

Is there a way to get the update to properly install or should I just ignore it?  I don't seem to be having the issue that the update addresses.

Below is the update log showing the failure.

Thank you!

if you aren't using sharepoint you can ignore the error.

If not: do you have .NET 2 and SBS SP2 installed ?

I do use Sharepoint, though I haven't run across the problem the update is supposed to take care of.

Yes, I have .NET 1.1, 2, 3 & 3.5 installed on our machine.  Yes, I have SBS SP2 installed.

Would it be worthwhile to try and install the update manually by using an update file for that particular fix that I download from MS?
i think you will get the same error but give it a shot and see if you get any more info out of event viewer.

Do you have windows sp 2 also?
