Hi there,

I am having problems with getting caller display working for a secretarial button for one of our PA's with a Mitel 5330 IP Handset.  Here is the situation: The Director gets a call on his phone and the PA sees that call and can pickup/transfer etc, which is fine but is there a way which if the Directors phone rings it displays the caller information on the PA's secretarial line?  Am i missing something in class of service or something simple?

thanks

Found a solution in the end, a programmed key system to each of the directors phones and two options enabled in class of service to allow the PA to see who is calling the directors.
