Solidworks License Borrowing

We have a SolidWorks license server handling our product licensing for about 15 workstations. One of the Engineers will be taking time out of the office and will have his machine and home and needs to use SolidWorks. I ran the License Administrator on his workstation to borrow the licenses, but upon launching the program he is given the message "Could not obtain a license for SolidWorks Standard. Server node is down or not responding (-96,7,11004)"

When checking his list of borrowed licenses I have borrowed SolidWorks Office & SolidWorks Standard on his machine, with an expiration date in the future.

When launching the program on his workstation it says "SolidWorks Premium", but trying to borrow this license from the server yields the message "Could not borrow the SolidWorks Premium license. License server does not support this feature (-18,147,0)".

Under the "License Usage" tab it shows that we have licenses for SolidWorks DWGEditor, SolidWorks Office, SolidWorks Professional, SolidWorks Simulation Premium & SolidWorks Standard.

I haven't been able to find any troubleshooting documentation on the borrowing system. I have rebooted the license server service and tried borrowing individual products at a time and these efforts yield the same results.

How can I get this to work? Any suggestions are greatly appreciated.
