I can't seem to install SQL Workstation Components on my Win08 x64

When I install I get the following error

There was an unexpected failure during the setup wizard. You may review the setup logs and/or click the help button for more information.

So I followed instructions from the following MS article and uninstalled Native Client than tried to install SQL again and same issues.  I even formatted Windows 08 server and reinstalled and keep getting the same damn issue!
