Symantec mail security for exchange - how do I eliminate quarantine notifications sent to recipient?

I am using Symantec mail security for exchange 5.0 on exchange 2003. The mail security program does a pretty good job of getting rid of the spam but every time it detects and quarantines a spam e-mail it sends a notification to the recipient letting them know it quarantined it.

The notifications are spamming the users inbox..

How do I turn this off? I can't seem to find it anywhere..
