Why does my Outlook 2007 freeze when I send emails?
My Outlook keeps freezing when I send emails. It seems to work fine for about 5 mins after I open Outlook but after that it will freeze as soon as I hit Send. Closing Outlook and reopening it is the only way to fix it. Does anyone know what could be causing this and how to fix it?
I have tried:
Recreating the Mail Profile
Reinstalling Vista and Outlook
My Setup:
Outlook 2007
Vista Home Premium
Exchange Email

1) Check the antivirus email check to see if it is slowing send/receive, and if so disable it. Check if any other programs are slowing things down (anti-spyware, firewalls, etc.) and disable them.
2) You may need to register/re-register the send/recieve library file. To do this
Start > Run and type regsvr32 inetcomm.dll
