Roxio creator 2009 and .net framework 2.0

i have been trying to get roxio creator 2009 installed for a couple days now. when i try to run it i get an event post as follows:

 EventType clr20r3, P1 roxiocentralfx.exe, P2 4.12.0.0, P3 48a05348, P4 presentationframework, P5 3.0.0.0, P6 470bc696, P7 660b, P8 e1, P9 system.windows.markup.xamlparse, P10 NIL.

any help would be great. and ofcourse roxio does not have a tech line.

The problem is that witht he .NET 3.5 SP1 release, Microsoft removed a file (milcore.dll) which is needed by Roxio Suite.

Download the DLL (search 'milcore.dll' on google) and place it in your C:\WINDOWS\System32\ folder.

This should fix it :]

i downloaded it and actually replaced the one that was already in the system32 folder same result and same event posting.
