The CacheDir Tool

Caching is determined by the TLL (Time to live), which is assigned to the website. Within the caching settings, you can set values, when a site should be refreshed, usually 1 day.

ISA somethime has issues with refreshing sites. Especially if you change only parts of a site, where the master site is not changed. If your site is a frame site or a site, which contains subsequent sites or content, you should make sure also to change the main site (not only save again), otherwise ISA may not deliver the changed site. Somethimes it works, if you press F5 or CTRL F5 several times.

With the CacheDir Tool, you can clean the complete cache or a single cached sites. The same happens, if you just disable the cache, delete the cache file and enable caching again.

For ongoing development, it may be better to siable the cahce for this site as described within the first article.
