Unfortunately, ISA 2006 is available only for 32-bit and Exchange 2007 is only 64-bit. So based off of that, this configuration is not possible unless someone else has some kind of workaround.

Also, ISA 2006 is not supported on server 2008 OS but i'm not sure if you planned on installing ISA on server 2008.

Sorry for so many comments but I keep thinking of things.....
If you wanted to make this configuration work, ISA 2009 aka Forefront Threat Management Gateway is supported on server 2008 and only 64-bit but it is currently only in beta i believe.

Has Powershell sent you back into the Stone Age?

If managing Active Directory using Windows Powershell® is making you feel like you stepped back in time, you are not alone.  For nearly 20 years, AD admins around the world have used one tool for day-to-day AD management: Hyena. Discover why.

ah thanks for your comments guys,

based on your suggestion, I'm now aware that ISA Server 2006 is no that flexible.
but CMIIW 32 bit App works fine in 64 bit OS right ?

or else I'll just install it on WS2k3 Std 3 bit.

Unfortunately in this case the answer is no, ISA 2006 cannot be installed on 64-bit machines.

Oh.. (-_-) then I'd need a another 32 bit Windows Server 2003 in order to install this application.

thanks anyway for your explanation.
