HP Plotter error

one of my plotter gives bellow error when we start it:

up. Error!
202.0:10 restart the printer. If the problem persists, call HP support

can someone help me resolve this issue?

and what plotter is it?   if you do not post info, the best you get is  a guessing game ...

your info has to be extracted from you  - is the message on pc or on plotter ?
EE ask that you post specs and OS

the message comes to the plotter screen, not in computer. i said when we restart the plotter we get this message.

looks like a bad plotter to me then; it gives that error also when not connected to pc ?

it is connected in network, and is used through network.
