Every email message that I receive in MS Outlook Express goes directly into the Norton AntiSpam folder and is marked as Spam.

I tried to reset client integration in Norton AntiSpam using the the following instructions but each time I went in there the computer seized up and the message was:  An error has occurred in the script of this page.  I had to restart the computer  to get the empty Norton Box to go away. I tried it five or six times and the same problem occurred each time.

   1. Start your Norton program.
   2. Click Options.
If you see a submenu after you click Options, then click Norton AntiSpam.
   3. In the Norton AntiSpam Options window, under Email, click Client Integration.
   4. Under "Select the email client(s) with which you want Norton AntiSpam to integrate," uncheck the email client where you have this problem.
For example, if you have Outlook Express, then uncheck Outlook Express.
   5. Click OK.
   6. Restart your computer.
   7. After the computer restarts, repeat steps 1-3.
   8. Under "Select the email client(s) with which you want Norton AntiSpam to integrate," check the email client where you have this problem.
For example, if you have Outlook Express, then check Outlook Express.
   9. Click OK.

Backup your email (export to a PST), close Outlook and uninstall/re-install Norton.

I won't know if this solution resolves the issue until May 23-25 (the next time I work on the computer).
