I forgot to install terminal services before aplication installation

I have forgot to install Terminal Services (to enable Application Mode) before Application installation.

Is it OK that I just uninstall applications, and than install them again in application installation mode?

Would I loose any stability or performance If I do that?

I not quite sure what you mean. Do you say you installed a specific application when you weren't in install mode and are asking if you can just uninstall it (in install mode), then reinstall it this time in the application install mode?

I have done this a couple of times I installed firefox browser while not in install mode, I even forgot to log everyone out I was so tired. I then put it in install mode, uninstalled firefox, and then re-installed firefox and it worked just fine - i did that a year ago.

You wont loose any stability and yes it is ok to do - there really is no othe way once you have done it.
