To connect Outllok from remote computer, you can have several issues depending on how you are connected to the exchange server. You have to be specific with your setup.

Some issues could be,
1. Network connectivity - The remote computer must be able to communicate with the exchange server
2. Password Issues - If using RPC over HTTP, the system keeps prompting for the User password.
